Welcome to Padel360. By accessing our website or using our facilities and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service.
Membership & Bookings
Membership:
- Memberships are non-transferable and for personal use only
- Annual memberships are valid for 12 months from purchase date
- Monthly memberships renew automatically unless cancelled
- Membership cancellation requires 30 days notice
- No refunds on membership fees after 14-day cooling-off period
Court Bookings:
- Bookings must be made through our official channels
- Members receive priority booking access
- Cancellations must be made according to tier-specific notice periods
- No-shows may result in booking privileges suspension
- Court time is allocated in 1-hour slots
Payment Terms
- • All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED)
- • Payment must be made at time of booking
- • We accept credit cards, debit cards, and digital payments
- • Membership fees are non-refundable except during cooling-off period
- • Prices subject to change with 30 days notice to members
- • Late payment fees may apply for membership renewals
- • Refunds for cancelled bookings subject to cancellation policy
Facility Rules & Conduct
General Rules:
- Appropriate athletic attire and non-marking shoes required
- No food or drinks (except water) on courts
- Mobile phones must be on silent mode
- Children under 12 must be supervised
- Smoking prohibited in all indoor areas
- Respect other players and maintain noise levels
Equipment:
- Rental equipment available at reception
- Users responsible for any damage to equipment
- Personal equipment must meet facility standards
- Equipment must be returned immediately after use
Liability & Disclaimers
Assumption of Risk:
Padel is a physical sport that carries inherent risks. By using our facilities, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with participation.
Limitation of Liability:
- Padel360 not liable for personal injury unless due to negligence
- Not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property
- Maximum liability limited to amount paid for services
- No liability for service interruptions or maintenance
Insurance:
We strongly recommend all players maintain adequate personal insurance coverage for sports activities.
Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of membership:
- • Violent, abusive, or discriminatory behavior
- • Intentional damage to property or equipment
- • Use of facilities while under influence of drugs or alcohol
- • Commercial activities without prior authorization
- • Unauthorized photography or recording
- • Harassment of staff or other members
- • Circumventing booking or payment systems
Intellectual Property
All content on our website and facilities, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Padel360 and protected by copyright laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Dubai courts.
