Comprehensive terms and conditions for court rental and facility use at Padel360.

Booking Policy

Advance Booking:

  • Book up to 7 days in advance

Booking Methods:

Booking Duration:

  • Courts rented in 1-hour increments
  • Minimum booking: 1 hour
  • Maximum consecutive booking: 12 hours per day

Standard Court Rates (per hour):

Cancellation & Modification Policy

Cancellation Notice Requirements:

 24 hours notice for full refund

Late Cancellations: Cancellations with insufficient notice will result with full amount charge. No-shows will be charged full amount.

Booking Modifications:

  • Changes to date/time subject to availability
  • Must be requested minimum 12 hours before booking
  • One free modification per booking allowed
  • Additional changes may incur 25 AED processing fee
 

Court Usage Rules

Required:

  • Arrive 10 minutes before scheduled time for check-in
  • Wear appropriate athletic attire and non-marking shoes
  • Bring valid ID and booking confirmation
  • Supervise children under 12 at all times
  • Keep court clean and dispose of trash properly
  • Return rental equipment immediately after use

Prohibited:

  • Food on courts (drinks in closed containers only)
  • Smoking or vaping anywhere in facility
  • Loud music or disruptive behavior
  • Unauthorized commercial activities or coaching
  • Bringing animals (except service animals)
  • Glass containers on or near courts

Maximum Occupancy:

  • Standard play: 4 players maximum
  • Coaching sessions: 1 coach + 4 students maximum
  • Spectators must remain in designated areas
 

Liability & Insurance

Assumption of Risk: Padel is a physical activity that carries inherent risks. By booking a court, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with the sport.

Important: Padel360 is not liable for personal injuries or property damage unless caused by proven negligence. We strongly recommend all players maintain adequate personal insurance.

Property Damage: Users are financially responsible for any damage to courts, equipment, or facilities caused by negligence or misuse.

Lost Property: While we make efforts to secure lost property, Padel360 is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. Use lockers provided.

Payment Terms

  • Payment required at time of booking
  • Accepted: Credit cards, debit cards, cash, Apple Pay, Google Pay
  • Prices include 5% VAT where applicable
  • Refunds processed within 7-10 business days
  • Promotional codes must be applied at time of booking
  • Cannot be combined with other offers unless stated

Facility Rights

Padel360 reserves the right to:

  • Refuse service to anyone violating our terms or code of conduct
  • Terminate bookings for disruptive behavior without refund
  • Modify operating hours with reasonable notice
  • Close facilities for maintenance or special events
  • Update pricing and policies with 30 days notice
  • Relocate bookings to alternative courts if necessary
